I'm Alan W. Goff
I am a group process facilitator and educator,
and the Principal of Sambai Concentric Facilitation.
I have dedicated the past 20 years to the practice of facilitating collective learning, collective healing, and collective leadership for equity and justice.
In 2020, I started Sambai Concentric Facilitation to provide equity and justice-centered facilitation services, and to offer resources and programs that help leaders get better at envisioning, planning, and leading justice-centered transformation.
